Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us! If you are unhappy with the merchandise you received for any reason, we will happily provide a refund under the following conditions:

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of dispatch.  Merchandise must be in saleable condition with all tags attached.
  • Merchandise must not be worn, damaged or altered.
  • You must contact us before returning the item to receive an RA number.
  • Currently, we do not offer exchanges on any items. If you would like a different item, you will need to follow the returns process for a refund and repurchase the new item.
  • Return shipping is at the cost of the customer
  • Sorry - sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless deemed faulty.

 

OUR 12 MONTH GUARANTEE!

We take pride in our stellar products and service. Our eyewear is made to last and we're ready to guarantee that. All Passport Eyewear frames come with a 12-month guarantee against faulty workmanship. If your new reading glasses or sunglasses break from a manufacturing fault within 12 months of your purchase, we'll replace them with a new pair! Just don't go throwing them in a reactor or into an industrial thresher. That's a different kind of fault.

If you've received a pair of faulty eyewear, get in contact with us at contactus@passporteyewear.com.au and our friendly staff will gladly help rectify the situation. Just send us a photo of your faulty frames and a copy of the receipt or order number so our staff can help you as best they can.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

In the unlikely event you have received a faulty item, please send photo evidence of the item, order number and contact details to contactus@passporteyewear.com.au.  We will happily provide a solution, just get in touch with our friendly team!

Any full price items purchased between 10th of December and 24th of December can be refunded up to the 30th of January.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

MAKING A RETURN

Please contact us at contactus@passporteyewear.com.au to obtain your RA number for the item you wish to return.  Please ensure the item is in original condition with tags attached.

Package up your item securely and send back to us within 30 days of dispatch using a traceable service. Items are to be sent back to Passport Eyewear at the cost of the customer.

We recommend you send your item back using a traceable service so you know when we’ve received it. You can always contact us to double check. Unfortunately, Passport Eyewear cannot be held responsible for parcels without tracking that have not been received back.

 

PROCESSING A REFUND

Please allow up to 7 working days upon us receiving your parcel to complete the process of your return.  Passport Eyewear can only refund the amount back via the same payment method of the original transaction.  The total refund amount will not include any shipping fees incurred from the original transaction.
